Extensive Testing Scope

JoyFans car fuel leak detector looks small, but it is good enough to deal with the auto sealing detection and diagnosis test on general vehicles and widly workable for multi-systems (including exhaust system, intake system, cooling system, fuel system, and EVAP system), gas lines, cylinder's internal mechanical parts, and engine air tightness. When testing the EVAP system, please check the real-time pressure and turn off the working switch in time.

Visual Detection

Automotive smoke leak detector works by vibrating the specific tester oil (or baby oil) into smoke, and blowing the smoke into the sealed systems to be tested. Oil gas can be quickly generated and transferred into the entire tested system in about 2 minutes. If there is a leak in the sealing system somewhere, gas will come out of that place, just fix it. No need to prepare or rely on other air machines, the instrument has its own built-in air pump to save cost and effort.

How to Test Leakage

Fill 20–30ml specific tester oil (or mineral oil/baby oil) into the car smoke leak detector. Attach the detector to the DC12V battery: red with positive, black with negative. Please refer to the picture on the detailed page for a specific proper connection: 12V battery - detector - smoke output tube - universal adaptor (with taper stopples or not) or other adaptors - sealing system to be tested. Turn on the working switch, and the smoke machine leak detector starts to work.
