Each can in this kit contains 8oz of refrigerant, which is measured by weight when compressed. Don't be fooled by the lighter feel of the can; it's packed to its full capacity. Different gases have different weights when compressed. In comparison, R134a is 12oz and ZeroR AC Refrigerant is 6oz, both equally full in their respective cans.
